When attempting to open animation assembly files, I receive: ProductView {TM} 8.0.40 has encountered a problem and needs to close. If the assembly does open it opens with load errors and components are missing. PTC Application Engineer's suggest I upgrade my graphics card to the latest version...but that hasn't worked either!
