In WF 4.0, I had a text scanner that searched for a character sequence that always preceeded the user id in the "text" version of the file. I seem to have lost that capability in WF 5.0 and CP1.0
I have a mapkey to put the material name on the screen. I know I can look in the File History for user name, but I was hoping for an easier method to accomplish this.
Are there parameters for user_id, time_stamp, or system_units that could be applied as an annotation to files?
