Question on internal PDF creation using WF4

Hi Folks,
I have been working to move us from WF4 M070 (where internal PDF creation crashes ProE) to a later version. I thought this would be M100 but the reported measure problems for large assemblies puts me off and we will probably go for M092 instead.

Which leads me on to actual testing of said PDF creation. The process is simple and I plan to just accept the defaults.
Once I had the pen_table_file thing sorted out I get mostly what I want.
Default of True Type fonts gives a very readable drawing compared to the old simulated stencil font (who remembers those days of manual lettering with a pen!!!)I get the tangent edges showing as grey lines with the hard edges as dark lines and this is close to right.
The big problem with this later setting is that I get edge on radii showing up as much thicker black lines (about twice as thick). On the screen the ProE drawing itself these lines are made up of raster steps and maybe that is the problem. Do not see this effect when using a virtual printer PDF creator.

I have attached a PDF of a subsection of a drawing that shows this effect.

I look forward to your comments.
