Unable to open CAD Data obtained from Creo 4.0 in Creo 2.0(M200)

I have obtained CAD Creo4 data. So, I tried to open the data with our CAD Creo2 (M200), but it couldn't be opened.
In this case, what should I do to open it with CAD Creo2?

Hi,

Creo data are not "backward compatible". Therefore you cannot open Creo4 in Creo2, work on them and then send them back to the partner.

Yes, apologies for responding late.  I have successfully used the GCRI plugins for many cases of exchange between Creo 2 and Creo 4.  I have heard of some cases where there are model problems but have not experienced problems myself.
