how to reduce the bom balloon size less than 0

I am working on a project where I want the size of the balloons to be reduced to less than the text size or close to the text size. I tried the min_balloon_radius and max_balloon_radius options, but they only allow increasing the balloon size because the minimum value for the balloon radius can only go down to 0, which is the same as the text size. However, I want to reduce the size to less than 0.

Is there any option available to reduce the size of the BOM balloon that 0?
