not available function explore study designs in Generative Design

I have a problem with allowance of function explore study designs in Generative Design. It is grey. Is it problem in license or my generated model? I have a school education license which i use via School VPN. Version: 10.0.0.0 I've already tried to other models, as a result the same problem
