I am currently running Creo Schematics 4.0 and it's taking me a minimum of 45 minutes to export sheets from my designs that need to be used in other designs. Is there anything that I can do to reduce the time it takes to export (i.e. clear cache, simplify library, etc.)? We use a central catalog that I do not control but understand the structure well enough that I could attempt to make a simpler structured copy of it for my own testing. Is that something that would likely help or is there something better that I should try. We do use multicore processors in our computers, but it does not appear that our copy of Creo Schematics takes real advantage of that fact if it's even capable of doing so. I'm just getting real tired of not being able to get my work done because of slow exporting speed.
