How to Report on project reference from Choice field

Hello,

I have a tracker with a choice field which can select 1 or many (multiple) projects as references. I want to create a report that I can run on a project to see which items reference it. 

Example: Project 1 has my requirement tracker and in that tracker there is an item which references Project 2

In my report, when I look for Project 2, I would like it to return the item from Project 1. 

Is this possible?

This is possible using Traceability Reports.

Can you provide more context for how to do that? I don't see a way to do that with the traceability report.
