PTC Creo Community Challenge – Announcement and Rules

100% helpful (6/6)

PTC is pleased to announce the all-new Creo Community Challenge, a recurring event where we’ll post an open-ended challenge for you to solve using PTC's Creo. Feel free to collaborate with other users and their worksheets by attaching your worksheet to your posts here. Participants will also earn PTC Community Badges!

About every six weeks, we’ll post a new thread with the challenge on one of the Creo community boards. You can post in that thread throughout the period with contributions. Around the middle of the next month, PTC and our affiliates will go through the contributions and create a resolution in the form of a ptc.com blog article discussing your interesting approaches to the problem. Then, we’ll post a new challenge at the start of the next month.

Challenge #6 is live as of April 29th. Submissions will close on Friday, June 7th.

Some rules and guidelines:

  • Your contributions will be monitored by PTC and PTC-affiliated parties. We may use them in marketing material, including in post-challenge discussions hosted on PTC properties like ptc.com
  • Only .asm.# files can be uploaded. If you are using a .prt.# file or for challenges of an assembly with multiple part files, we recommend that participants back up the assembly to a new folder and zip that folder.

Every six weeks you can expect a new community challenge brought to you by various community members and enthusiasts.
