How to get minimum distance between two components without selection through Protoolkit?

Hi,

I want to measure minimum distance between two components from Protoolkit. Please can we know API and process to do this. We want to make it automate process so no selection. Component we will identify by its attribute and provide to API.

 

From front end I can measure minimum distance between two components by selecting components and then Measure -> distance then it displays. So need process through protoolkit.
