Unable to Debug DLL

I am using Creo Parametric Release 4.0 and DatecodeM140

1. Unable to debug Make Install Project
2. Unable to debug DLL that loaded in session using VB.Net API

Hi you struggle with debugging the make install project shipped with Creo.
Do you meant that you don't know how to debug or that your IDE fails to break? 

If the latter what IDE do you use?
