Animation problems under Windows Vista

Since I am running Mathcad 14 M020 under Windows Vista 32bit I have some new other problems. After starting an animation a MCI error appear. Has anybody any idea what I can change under Windows Vista in order that the Mathcad Video Player start automatically?
