Which version of Mathcad?

I get the correct result. The bug seems to be fixed in Mathcad 15 M030.

It works OK in M020 as well. Get thee to the M020 installer!

I was aware of quite some symbolic integral bugs in MC14 which were fixed in the first release of MC15

but I couldn't find anything specific in the list of fixes in the release notes of MC15.

Just "2112709 Fixes incorrect computation of symbolic limits in certain very specific situations " which was fixed in MC15M020.

Anyway, its fixed now.
