Problem installing Mathcad 14.0 on Win8

Hi, I have recently got a copy of Mathcad 14.0 and license key from my online course and I was having problem installing the software on my PC. I was following the procedures of installing the Mathcad 14.0 on my computer but at the last stage of Mathcad licence setup after I have completed the Set Up Mechanism step, inputted my license key and inputted my PTC account details and click Finish on Account Information and I was greeted with Unexpected error popup box with text "The server commited a protocol violation.Section=ResponseStatusLine" and a Retry or Cancel button.

Did anyone have a similar experience?

Have you tried to install MC14 anyway and then get the license file in starting the license manager?

Is the error reproduceable? If yes you should contact PTC support.
