Support Required: Mathcad Application issue

I am using Mathcad Release 15.0 and Datecodeunknown

We have received an issue reported from Joseph’s end. The Mathcad application is currently not working properly and is not accepting values in the formulas.

Could you please look into this issue and guide us on the resolution?
If required, you may also schedule a meeting with Joseph to review the issue and provide guidance.

Your post ended up here: https://community.ptc.com/t5/Mathcad-Installation/Support-Required-Mathcad-Application-issue/m-p/1052468#M5241

in a forum for users of Mathcad. We, the users of Mathcad, have no idea who Joseph is.

We might be able to help you, though. But without the worksheet that's going to be challenging, at least.

Also your posting ended up in the wrong part of the forum, the part for installation and licensing problems, which your problem doesn't seem to be.

If you are willing/allowed to post the problematic worksheet, you could retry in this part https://community.ptc.com/t5/Mathcad/bd-p/PTCMathcad

or ask a moderator to move the topic there.

Success!

Hi @SB_3855497

Thank you for your post.

I am replying to raise further awareness. Hopefully, another community member will be able to help.

Also, please add any additional information you think might be relevant and attach your Mathcad file to better understand what you are trying to do.

Best regards,
