can u help me with this question??

in a dry weather, when a driver touches the door be4 getting out of her car, she sometimes get an electrical shock as soon as her foot touches the ground.
a) explain why is this so??
b) why does it not happen in wet weather
c) some ppl fix a fine piece of chain to the car which drags on the road. how does it prevent shock from taking place??
d) some ppl fix a piece of metal shaped under the car body. een though it doesnot the road, it stops the driver from getting an electrical shock. how does this happen???

Well, what exactly happens when you get a shock?
What is the primary reason for the shock occuring?
How does moisture in the air affect what happens?
