For teams using Windchill that have been experiencing issues, the problem can be solved by updating to the latest build version of Creo 3.
To do this, you should request a new product code from - and download the Creo 3 image from http://www.ptc.com/appserver/auth/it/esd/academicFree.jsp. Install the Creo 3 image and enter your product code for licensing. Once Creo is installed you should be able to follow the normal steps to connect to Windchill and access your project.
