I didn't recieve my license for Educative CREO 11

I didn't recieve my license for Educative CREO 11

I sign up for the Educational Creo 11 but i didn't get my email with my University License. Now, when I open the Application, it apparently shows the trial edition. 

 

Can you please help me?
