Additional information I also like to note I purchased the extended download service.
To clarify I bought a new computer and I uninstalled the software from my old one. I assumed since I payed extra I would be able to reinstall the software to my new computer but that was not the case. May someone explain how to resolve this issue.
This is the error I get. Also if this can't get resolved is there a chance I can get refunded a portion of my expense. Since I am unable to fully use my software for the given time in the licence.
