pvvercheck_ie[1].cab ?

My laptop is being repaired and I got a loaner. I don't have any admin rights on it, so I'm seeing some things I haven't seen before.

When I access Windchill, I'm getting this warning

Do you want the following program to make changes to your computer?
Pvvercheck_ie[1].cab

I assume this is something to do with ProductView. I can't spin the preview, so it's just an image file it's showing me. Is this productview express? I thought that was different.

This is a browser plugin that checks the version of your ProductView (er CreoView) plugin. This is
part of the "install ProductView client download" on the Windchill server.

From Firefox aboutSmiley Tonguelugins :

ProductView Version Checker

File: npvverck.dll
Version: 9.1.70.6
ProductView Version Checker 9.1.70.6

MIME Type Description Suffixes
application/x-pvlite9-ver Checks for a current installation of ProductView and potentially
returns version information
