Please provide clarifications about the error code MKS6188819
What exactly command line option should I use ? Please help. Thank you very much.

The operation could not complete because the working file size exceeds the Server working file size governor.
Use the Add Member From Archive command to re-add the archive, followed by the Check In command with the
Convert Archive to Reference  on Governor option set to check in the working file
We are using Windchill RV&S 13.2.0.3
