Javascript customization for Creo embedded browser (Custom check-in wizard)

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 13.0 and Datecode with CPS 13.0.2.8

Sorry, I was on leave for few days and could not reply to you. I am attaching an image of this wizard page for reference. It is form Creo embedded browser. (JS debugging is not possible)

Actually, this concern is coming due to the difficult-to-no way of customization process setup for custom Checkin wizard step. I just wanted to be able to edit Creo designated Parameter(s) during custom Checkin. I could add a custom Toolbar action in this table for users, however, the action could not be utilized for editing any new parameter (or) so it's designed to not allow to edit new Params.  

I would like some help or a clear point as to how the customization can be taken forward.
