Accessing windchill reports by standalone application

Hi,

We are working on developing standalone application, which requires data from windchill.

We  already created required reports. For some reason, we need to access those reports from outside windchill app from client machine.

Also I am open to any language either C# or Java.

We have windchill 10.x environment.

I think the best approach is to write an info*engine webject and call it from your application. Again it depends on what sort of data are you trying to fetch from Windchill.

We have restriction of not modifying anything other than the Report management Utility.

what sort of data are you trying to fetch

I would like to fetch Single level BOM structure and list of linked documents in "Described by Documents" section.
