Create mount for root folder "vault1" failed. Nested exception is: wt.util.WTException: Creation of subfolder below root folder "vault1" failed. A physical folder corresponding to the root folder mount path "D:\cnitWcVault\vault1" does not exist.

So create the folder D:\cnitWcVault\vault1 on the server disk drive.

and grant a modify access to the user who run the Windchill service.
