We have a client who is using DITA & Windchill. We would like to advise them on a better configuration if possible.
1) At present we receive a single document with everything that has been updated and only those topics. This leads to our translating excess content. Is it possible to export _only_ the topics which need translation?
2) Only the topics which have _not_ been translated are exported. We are using translation memories (TM). Is it possible to export an entire document and allow for the TM to take care of previously translated content.
3) The exported content is exported as a monolithic document. Is it possible to export all the necessary topics by topic rather than as a single document?
