Edit EPMDocument Attributes

Hi,

We have Windchill PDMLink 10.1 M020.

For editing the EPMDocuments, we are using "Edit->Attributes" action in Workgroup Manager.

But, this action, by default doesn't allow to edit custom attributes unless we add custom column "View" to it.

Is there any better way to Edit EPMDocument attributes?

Also, how can an Administrator assign specific column View as a default to all the users?
