What am I missing?
I have 2 users who need the ability to move objects from product to
product on occasion.
I added them to a group called File Control.
I then added policies to each product involved to allow File Control to
have the following
Read, Modify, Create, Revise, New View Version and Delete.
When I log in as one of the users and attempt to move a file the move
fails.
The error is "You cannot move these items because you don't have the
necessary permission to delete one or more of its versions."
I reset the permissions to Grant Change Permissions and Administrative
(essentially everthing other than Full Control)
and they still get the same error.
I also tried adding the group File Control to the team membership for
the affected products ( I don't think I should have to do that
since the users are already members of the teams through other groups.)
but it still did not allow them to move an object.
Any suggestions are welcome.
