I need to install several Oracle critical updates and security patches. We have Windchill Intralink 9.1 M070 with the bundled version of Oracle database 10.2.0.3.0 running on Windows Sever 2003 R2, Service Pack 2, 32bit.
Since Intralink comes with bundled Oracle from PTC, we are not an Oracle customer. When I go to the Oracle support site and try to download any patches I am asked for a Support Identifier number in order to access the patches. Again our version of Oracle came with Intralink from PTC so we don't have a Support Identifier number with Oracle tech support.
The question is how do I get access to the updates and patches from Oracle???
Here is a list of patches my IT department says I need to install:
- Oracle Database Core RDBMS Component Vulnerability(CVE-2010-0860)
- Oracle Database Critical Patch Update April 2013
- Oracle Database JavaVM Component Vulnerability(CVE-2010-0867)
- Oracle Database Cluster Verify Utility Privilege Escalation
- Oracle Database exp.exe Parameter Remote Buffer Overflow Vulnerability
- Oracle Database Network Foundation Denial of Service
- Oracle Database UIX Security Bypass
Anyone have any experience with this?
