PDMLINK frequently goes offline

Hi,

On one of our floors, PDMLINK users experience frequent offline error/disconnection from the server. The rest of the users from other floors and sites doesn't not experience this problem.

Any idea on how to find the cause of this problem and resolve?

I have already filed a case on PTC to solve this but the current solution is making adjustment with apache. I was hoping to find the cause on the client PC/Network as this is happening only to the users on a certain site.
