Performance issue with Performance Advisor in Windchill - Cannot set Location

I received no responses to this post so I am turning to a bigger audience.  Does anyone have some kind of experience with PA in 12.0.1.2 they can share?  I would love to know if anyone is using PA in Windchill and whether they have the issues I am seeing.

 

We are going to upgrade to 12.0.2.3 sometime early next year but that is expected to be released December 30 2021.  It was originally supposed to be released December 22 so they moved it.  Probably due to this Log4j security issue.
