Release level change in progress

There are some files pending RTP the status description indicates
"Release level change in progress"







It usually also says that the files are locked.







Has anyone else experienced this?

The status of the RTP seems to be ok and is pending approval. (by the
way this is Intralink 3.4)



I suspect there may be an issue because there are multiple versions of
the same drawing. I'm sure this happened because he selected include
drawings during the creation of the RTP. There was probable a part that
was used on an earlier version of a drawing but not on the latest.



I will try rejecting the RTP and have him resubmit to see if the issue
goes away.
