Have you checked whether the attribute has been added to the Create Layout?

Yes it is present in the create page layout.

Is there any Data Utility registered for that attribute?

Nope.

Visiblity Tab? Is it set to hidden?

There are 2 view attribute the other one when i added it is now visible.
