Hello everyone.
We are using separate servers for the Web, App and Database servers for Windchill. The web server is running Red Hat Linux and Apache. Everything appears to be working from the logs, a user can log in and can see the requests for authentication, but the web browser just hangs there after login and looks like it's trying to load but it just never seems to get there.
Once the login attempt happens, there are no further details in any of the log files.
The codebase directories that are housed on the app server are mapped to the Linux Web server over CIFS.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what to look for and/or try.
If what I've outlined isn't clear I can provide additional details if need be.
