Windchill Database merge

Hello All, We have purchased a company that is running Windchill 8.0
m040. We are running Windchill 9.0 m070.

Is there a process to merge 2 Windchill databases? Has anyone ever done
this?

Please be sure to post if you find a solution to this. We are on 9.1 M020, and have another site running 8.0. We want to bring their data into the corporate 9.1 system, but PTC is telling us that we can only bring in the current versions of everything, we will nto be able to migrate the histories. If you find a way to do this, our people at that site would be very happy.

Hello Guys,

We were able to bring the data from our legacy Windchill to WC 9.1 by Migration . (Custom Loader and SQL Scripts) to fetch the data from the old WC version to the current system. During this process the history of Windchill objects can be maintained in the new system.
