inactive workspace

inactive workspace

Since moving to Creo 9.0.7.0, from 9.0.5.0, about 10 days ago, we have noticed an increase in inactive workspace issues when logging in after the weekend or just overnight. We have been on Windchill 12.0.2 CPS10 since last November with 9.0.5.0 and did not see these issues until we switched to 9.0.7.0.

Has anyone seen this issue?

I will check with my team since we are on that same build but jumped straight into it. The only thing I can see is that they've been updating the Chromium version due to security issues:

Odd that it is only occurring on nights and weekends? Are they able to be reactivated?

Prehaps try debug logging and see what it yeilds:

Ben,

When you went to 907 did you have your users delete their PTC directory or at least clear out the cache.  There might be some problems with the higher build working with lower build cached files.

I did not do that. I will suggest it to them on Monday. Only 1 of the users is in house today.
