save and upload (upload failure connection failed)

Dear Folks

When i save and upload a top level assembly with 2 sub-assemblies and 30 part files, It's take a 25 mins around atlast event mannager dispaly upload failure connection failed.

we are using creo elements pro/5.0 and WC 10.1

i don't have upload issues with all files, when the file size exceed 150 MB, i got errors, and i placed screen shot of my event mannager.

How to solve this?

I would start with the logs.

Check below link if client request is timing out..
