Description:
- I followed the standard installation process for Windchill 13.0.
- Set up the Web Application Context Root, organization details, and DNS name correctly.
- Configured the Windchill Index Search with the appropriate host name and port.
- While installing, the error occurred at 6% progress.
- The error log points to issues with the SQL Server configuration.
