Make pattern on a surface.

Hi.

I am drawing a Beolit 12 in Creo 3.0, and i have problem making the holes in the shield, like in the Picture. I have tried with a fill pattern, but i cant make the holes all the way around the shield, only on the straight surfaces.

I hope you can help me.

Look through this thread. It may be very helpful in making a complex hole pattern:

Thanks, Dale

I think this would be best also because it represents how the part is really made. I.e. the holes around the corner in the real part are not nice cylindrical holes, but distorted "spline-y" geometry.
