Hi I have had an e-mail saying welcome to the free trial, but not sure how I go about downloading it. E mail did not have codes or links to show me where to go!

Hi can someone explain where I get the actual free download? I sent the e-mail 2 weeks ago and it said the administration may take up to 7 days. I received an e-mail last week saying welcome to the 30 day free trial but no codes or links to show me where I am meant to download the software from.
