Inserting Image Template in CREO Parametric.

I am trying to make a template in 3.0 CREO parametric for my office, I want to insert logo in template which is in .jpg format. The JPG file is not showing on template. What could be reason for this?

There could be an issue with Windows.

Creo uses Windows to deal with file formats.

Again, BMP files seem to work always where .jpg and .png may fail.

Something to do with Object Linking and Embedding.

I use client images in formats for title block logos all the time.

I try to use bitmap files because they seem to be more reliable.

It is strange that in Creo 2.0 M040, the images tend to disappear after a while in a session.

No rhyme or reason, it just quits showing up.  The good thing is that they consistently print correctly.

Feel free to submit a support case.  I doubt it goes anywhere but at least you will get an answer.

I have this file to put on company template.
Although it is not completely in title block, but it does not have more graphics, after inserting this image , there comes just a blank box with file name but it does not shows image.

Any more specific suggestions, please.
