I decided to get the information here in real time by subscribing to the RSS feed but the instructions are missing a major detail.
The instructions say " For private communities, you'll need to append your username and password to the feed URL or use a desktop feed reader that supports private feeds." but does not say for format for appending them.
I am using Microsoft Outlook and get the error message that it cannot download the feed (https://www.ptcusercommunity.com/community/feeds/allcontent?community=2163) because I do not have the proper credentials. Are delimiters needed to append the information? If so, what is typically used?
