Arbortext folks are by nature a chatty and helpful bunch. This list is constantly evolving. Where do you go? (Have you taken the poll?)
Our favorites, in no particular order....
- Mailing list hosted by PTC/User
The PTC/User portal (http://www.ptcuser.org) hosts the long-running Adepters mailing list. This list started in 1996 and has always been monitored by the PTC/Arbortext software engineering staff. Many long-time users and tools folks also regularly monitor the list. If you have a question, it's a really good resource as questions generally get answered within 24 hours. Beginning and advanced questions encouraged.
The List Email Address is: email@example.com
You can join the list from the PTC/User portal: http://portal.ptcuser.org/p/fo/si/topic=21

Many Arbortext users regularly search it for help with difficult to solve issues. The archive was started by Karl Johan Kleist. In 2008, Karl changed career paths, and Liz Fraley at Single-Sourcing Solutions has been maintaining it ever since.
The archive has Arbortext, IsoDraw and (soon) APP code, macros, and solutions to common problems.
