    On-line help very sluggish

      We have been using Creo 1.0 for about three weeks at our location, and I find the on-line help (Help Center) function to be very sluggish; slow to log in, slow to respond.  At one point I couldn't use it for a couple of days, because of a server error.  Is this common, or could something be configured wrong at our end?
