Flexible modeling

when i try to move a feature it asks me for two references but it wont let me add more than one. whats the deal. its a simple move. somebody help. thanks.

Im guessing your using dimensioning move. You need to select some part of feature you are moving and part of non moving solid. Something like on picture below. And ofcourse hold ctrl when selecting so you can select 2.

Go to references tab and in "MOVE CURVES AND DATUMS" add one reference from the feature (axis; plane etc) and then you are able to select that reference plus another one.
