Pneumatic Conveying with Mathcad Prime 2.0

A question was raised if the capacity of an existing pneumatic conveying system, conveying HDPE particles, can be increased from 20000lbm/hr to 30000lbm/hr ?.

This worksheet shows the calculations with unit conversions used in the system evaluation. Summary of calculations results are given with the references.
