How to move balloons in drawing?

Refer to the screenshot, people want to move all these balloons downwards by simply dragging the snap lines downward. By right now the snap lines can only be dragged to move sideward. Is the any way to drag these balloons downward with one move and at the same time keep them on the snap lines? Thanks.

Box-select them with "BOM Balloon" filter, than drag them down at one move. Cheer!
