Arbortext editor: Error A12480 is thrown after Windows crash

Software: Arbortext Editor 5.4 M080

Hello everyone,

My colleague's computer crashed when Arbortext Editor was running, and ever since the error A12480 has been thrown whenever trying to open the application.

The application has been reinstalled, repaired and the computer has been fully reset and the application has been re-installed after, but still the error message is thrown.

The user uses the same concurrent license server as other users are using, but they experience no issues at all.

Thanks in advance for any advice what may be the culprit.
