Deleting lisence to put on new device

I didnt realize I can only have one device with it installed and need to remove it from my PC and put it on my laptop I already tried uninstalling and that didnt work.

• Transferring Mathcad License from Existing Host ID to New Host ID
  1. Commercial / Maintenance Active  Customer
  2. Student Edition or Mathcad Single User Account
