We have heard from some users who cannot run Mathcad Prime on a computer in a language that we don't translate to such as Denmark, Brazil, and Poland.
We have made a fix to the software itself, so this will not happen in the future, but there is a workaround you can try.
If you are running Mathcad Prime 1.0 in English, you need to change the language and locale to English and US.
After installing Mathcad Prime 1.0 Beta, you can switch the language in the Start > Run text box. Copy the line below for the language and locale that you want to run, (adjusting if Mathcad Prime 1.0 is not installed on your C drive). Then click OK.
English
"c:\Program Files\Mathcad\Mathcad Prime 1.0 Beta\Ptc.Spirit.exe" en-US.
