account license problem

My license has expired, now I´m trying to change my account because I need it for school, but I don´t now how to do it. Can someone help me please? I tried to expand my license but that didn`t work, that`s why I´m trying to change the account.

Seems impossible to transfer my MC15 to a new computer and wake the license. The old computer is not in order and can´not be used. What to do, I need the program.

Guess that instead of posting to the forum here (which is mainly about the USAGE of Mathcad) you should rather contact PTC support to help you transferring the licence from one computer to another
